NY 54 Pizza open in Chandler

Southeast Valley residents have a new spot to grab a slice of pizza or cheesecake. NY 54 Pizza and Ristorante opened Oct. 2 in South Chandler, serving up classic New York restaurant favorites. Owners Niki and Darren Pascale previously opened NY 54 Deli and Pizza in 200 in another part of Chandler, selling it in 2004 and subsequently starting an new venture called NY 54 Limousines. After a renewed desire to work in a restaurant again, they reopened as NY 54 Pizza and Ristorante.
The Menu features New York and Sicilian-style pizza, calzones, classic Italian meals such as manicotti and ravioli, and other dishes that will remind guests of the Big Apple, such as potato knish. Deli sandwiches are made with freshly baked bread with fun names such as the Sinatra, with hot pastrami. Provolone cheese and Italian roasted peppers, and the Park Ave, with green crusted turkey, roast beef and baby cheese.
Top off the meal with a variety of cheesecake flavors from good old-fashioned original and blueberry to decadent chocolate amaretto to holiday flavors pumpkin and egg nog. Entrees, sandwiches and calzones run $6 to $13, and whole pizzas $9 to $24. To Honor uniformed men and women the restaurant will give a daily discount of 10% Off a meal for Fire, Police and Military Personnel who come in for a bite to eat.
